Anna is a lawyer in our Corporate group. Before joining Digby Leigh & Co. she practiced with a national firm in its Vancouver office. Anna is building a broad practice in corporate and commercial work, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, and drafting and negotiating commercial agreements such as shareholders’ agreements, purchase and sale agreements, and services agreements.

Advising clients on buying and selling businesses from the initial due diligence stage through to closing
Working alongside accountants and tax advisors to implement tax driven reorganizations
