Kaitlyn Kastelic

Kaitlyn's practice is focused in our residential real estate group. She is pleased to assist in the purchase, sale, and refinancing of properties, including the purchase of new build homes and new development units. Kaitlyn also has experience and enjoys working on various corporate, leasing, and estate planning matters. Overall, Kaitlyn brings a keen attention to detail, comprehensive research skills, and attentive client service. 

Kaitlyn received her Juris Doctor from the University of Victoria in 2016 and was called to the bar in British Columbia in 2017 after completing her articles with Digby Leigh & Company. During law school, Kaitlyn acted as a Volunteer Coordinator for the UVic Chapter of Pro Bono Students Canada and was awarded the Wootton Scholarship in Law for her achievement in composition and legal research.

Kaitlyn received a Bachelor of Commerce degree with distinction from the University of Alberta in 2012, majoring in Business Economics & Law with a minor in Accounting. Kaitlyn developed a passion for business early on, placing as a top five finalist among 438 first-year business students in the Dean’s Business Plan Competition in 2009. Kaitlyn also served as a teaching assistant for two different courses at the Alberta School of Business and volunteered for the Community Volunteer Income Tax Program.

Outside of the office, Kaitlyn enjoys running, craft cider, the occasional drop-in hip hop dance class, and exploring the beautiful trails that the North Shore has to offer.
