Kristin leads many initiatives at Digby Leigh & Co. in her role as Manager, Administration. She is responsible for developing and ensuring consistency around many of the firm’s systems and processes, ensuring we stay organized and highly efficient. Her past experience working as a Legal Administrative Assistant, her extensive customer service background and her love for organization provide her with a unique foundation from which to recognize opportunities to make the DL&CO experience as seamless as possible for our clients.

Prior to joining Digby Leigh & Co. Kristin pursued post-secondary education at a number of BC intuitions. She first attended Capilano University while captaining the varsity basketball team for two seasons. At the conclusion of her basketball career Kristin continued her education at Simon Fraser University where she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Geography. A keen interest in sustainability initiatives then led to her to BCIT where she completed an advanced certificate in Sustainable Business Leadership. Mixed into her schooling Kristin managed to squeeze in some world travels which included trips to South East Asia, Australia and even a summer au pair gig in Spain that helped her hone her Spanish language skills.


In Kristin’s spare time you are most likely to find her in the kitchen cooking healthy meals, out exploring a new brewery or hiking the North Shore trails with her dog Finley.
