After moving to North Vancouver from her hometown of Chilliwack in 2002, Sarah began her career in a Corporate Services Department at a large Vancouver law firm. Over the years, Sarah has established a working knowledge of day-to-day corporate matters including the drafting of incorporation and organizational documents for BC and Federal companies, partnership and proprietorship registrations, extra provincial registrations across Canada, share transactions, annual maintenance requirements, dissolutions and restorations, and other fundamental changes.

Sarah has been an active member of the BC Paralegals Association since 2008. She is currently completing her final year of studies in the Paralegal program at Capilano University and is looking forward to graduating in April 2012. Sarah is also a member of a local cruiser bike club, proudly riding her Raleigh 1939 cruiser around the beautiful city of Vancouver. During her winter months, Sarah can be found skiing the slopes of our local mountains with her fiancé James.
