Rita started with our firm in the fall of 2007 as a Senior Paralegal and brings to us 20 years experience in corporate and real estate law. Before taking time off to raise her family, Rita spent several years working in a large law firm in Vancouver as Corporate Manager, maintaining the ongoing requirements of 1,500 companies.
Rita has spent many years fundraising for various causes, such as the Leukemia Research Foundation of Canada, Breast Cancer Research and the schools in her community. Most recently she spent two years as a member of the board of the advisory committees relating to the organization, management and silent/live auctions for two gala events and a golf tournament to benefit the Canadian athletes participating in the 2010 Winter Olympics.
She resides in Deep Cove on the North Shore and remains actively involved in the community and her son’s school.
