Pattee Clark is a Senior Paralegal with more than 30 years experience. She started her legal career in a small law firm in Ontario working in real estate and litigation areas and in 1980 moved with her family to Vancouver where she completed the Capilano College Legal Assistant Program. Upon graduation she was hired by one of Vancouver’s largest downtown law firms in the corporate/commercial area where she worked as a paralegal and later became their Corporate Supervisor managing over 2,200 companies.
Pattee’s experience and exceptional organizational skills allow her to work on a variety of corporate commercial files including drafting security documents, reorganizations, asset and share purchases, federal and BC incorporations and organizations, continuations, amalgamations, restorations, dissolutions, extraprovincal registrations and related filings, capital alterations, minute book reviews, due diligence searches and other routine corporate proceedings.
Aside from a two year stint back to Ontario, Pattee has continued to live on the North Shore with her, now grown, three children. She was a director of the West Vancouver Soccer Association and the Western Association of Legal Assistants and was the editor of the newsletters for both of these Associations.
