Sam Lupton

Sam was called to the British Columbia Bar in 2003 and started his law career at McMillan LLP. He later joined Hobbs & Leigh where he worked with Digby in the Corporate Commercial area. Sam spent over 6 years practicing at BTM Lawyers LLP in Port Moody where he was a partner and headed the Corporate Commercial department. During his time there, Sam was instrumental in helping grow BTM into the largest firm in Port Moody and the Tri-Cities. In 2019, Sam joined Digby Leigh & Company and is excited to return to the North Shore where he can live and work in the same community.

Sam has worked with a wide range of business clients that include individuals, trusts, partnerships and corporations and has experience in numerous complex legal matters in the Corporate Commercial area.

Sam’s Community Involvement:

As a life long North Shore resident, Sam is a believer in the importance of a strong community. He serves on the board of directors of North Vancouver FC, a club dedicated to providing guidance and athletic opportunities to over 4000 boys and volunteers.

Sam was raised and lives in North Vancouver where he and his wife are attempting, successfully at times, to raise two young sons. When fit, Sam runs, cycles, skis and races but now that he has very active children he’s content playing mediocre soccer and occasionally visiting a gym.
